Speaker:  U.S. Postal Inspector Robert Strande

Bio:  Inspector Robert Strande is a 14-year veteran of the U.S. Postal Inspection Service.  He is currently assigned to the San Antonio office where he primarily investigates violent crimes and mail and identity theft crimes.  He previously worked for 9 years in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where he investigated investment and coin fraud schemes related to the U.S. Mail.  He began his career with the U.S. Postal Inspection Service in Washington, D.C. and previously worked for the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Diplomatic Security and the U.S. Navy.  He is a graduate from the University of Minnesota and possesses a Master’s degree in Public Administration.
