Bio:          Darla is a Lead Privacy Analyst in the Enterprise Privacy Office of a large Financial Institution in San Antonio.  Prior to 2016, she worked for IBM for almost 20 years, serving as Global Privacy Lead, Internal Auditor, and Global Compliance Officer.  Darla received her Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and International Business from DePaul University, her Master's degree in International Business Management from the University of Texas at Dallas, and her Juris Doctor degree from DePaul University School of Law.  She is a licensed attorney in Illinois, co-authored a book on mobile security and privacy, and holds the Certified Information Systems Auditor, Certified Information Privacy Professional, and Certified Information Systems Security Professional designations.
