Bio:         Justin Scott is a commissioned state police officer with the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts Criminal Investigation Division, TCOLE licensed instructor and master peace officer.  Justin has served with the Comptroller’s Criminal Investigation Division for over 14 years.  He has been a sergeant investigator, regional lieutenant over the West Texas region and now serves as the Captain over field operations.  Justin earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Abilene Christian University and a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice Administration from the University of Texas of the Permian Basin.
